Mike Roberts joined the Athletes' Performance team in October, 2007. In his role as Business Development Manager, Mike is responsible for overseeing all baseball athlete relations as well as the sales of Major League and Minor League Training Programs.

Prior to joining Athletes' Performance, Mike served at the head coach of the University of North Carolina Men's Baseball Team. During his 24 seasons, Mike led the Tar Heels to two Division I, NCAA College World Series. Mike's coaching legacy continues today with four former players and two former assistants serving as head baseball coach of Division I schools.

Mike continues to coach the Cotuit Kettleers in the Cape Cod Collegiate Summer Baseball League. Over his illustrious career, Mike has coached many former and current professional baseball players, including his son, Brian, who plays for the Baltimore Orioles.

A graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mike also earned his Masters of Arts in Teaching from UNC.
